The Role:
As the Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll take charge of overseeing the Virtual Assistants (VAs) for Threads and help them excel in their daily tasks. Your role will be to onboard new VAs, ensure smooth operations, and coordinate with various teams to make sure everything runs seamlessly. You’ll play a crucial part in the success of the Threads accounts by supervising, organizing, and guiding the team to ensure they perform at their best.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English & Filipino (for smooth team coordination)
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Available for 3 hours/day (morning & evening PH time)
• Expert in Airtable, Google Drive & Telegram group management
• Proactive, structured, and results-driven
• Must have a PC or laptop for the role
Work Hours:
You’ll be available for 1-2 hours every morning and evening, 7 days a week (Philippine time):
• Morning shift: 1-2 hours (flexible timing)
• Evening shift: 1-2 hours (flexible timing)
